Graduate Centre"With the growing intake of graduate students at the university, LMH has become increasingly attentive to and supportive of the diverse needs of its graduate population. As a former MCR President, I particularly appreciate the continuous consultation process as College strives to improve existing facilities and shape sustaniable solutions for the future. Among the latter is the new Graduate Centre, the completion of which will not only ease accommodation shortage but also bolster graduate intellectual and social presence in College. LMH in its commitment to the flourishing of its graduate members will attract and foster many a bright mind in the years to come." Cissie Fu completed a DPhil in 2009. She was formerly President of the MCR.
One of the most exciting developments in Oxford University in recent years has been the great expansion of postgraduate studies. The new Graduate Centre will place LMH in the forefront of this transformation, attracting outstanding students from all over the world. Part of phase 2 of the new buildings plans, the Graduate Centre will have common rooms, a dining area, seminar rooms and approximately 40 new study bedrooms.
